CLEVELAND Billy Rice, 77, died Friday, May 5, 2011.Survivors include children: Kathy Raines, Mark Rice, Delane Rice and Anita Rice; and special grandson, Nathon Minor.Services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
