ROSSVILLE Troy "Max" Williams, 77, passed away on Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, at his residence.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Chattanooga Valley Church of Christ with Minister Bill Williams officiating. Max will lie in state from noon until the funeral hour at the church.
