Martha Manning

ROSSVILLE Martha Jo Manning, 68, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, in a local hospital.A native of Chattanooga, Ms. Manning was a resident of Atlanta for over 20 years and was employed as a secretary at Lockheed with 23 years of service. She moved back to the Rossville area 10 years ago and was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Sarah Manning; and sister, Barbara Watkins.Survivors include her niece, Donna (Steve) Storey, Evensville, Tenn.; nephew, Steve (Joey) Watkins, Fort Pierce, Fla.; several great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews; and cousins also survive.Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1505 N. Moore Road, Chattanooga, with Dr. Gary Carver, Bruce Clark, and Minister Don Martin officiating.
