SPRING CITY Victoria Ginter, 97, died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2012.Survived by daughter, Wanda Millmine and several other family members.A memorial service will be held in Michigan at a later date.Her remains will be cremated.Vaughn Funeral Home, Spring City in charge of arrangements.
