Neil Barnes

Ray Neil Barnes, 76, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, Aug. 19, 2012.Neil lived most of his life in the Hamilton County area. He was a member of Stuart Heights Baptist Church and a past member of the Gideons International.Neil served our country in the U.S. Navy. Neil was preceded in death by his father, Raymond H. Barnes.Neil is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Connie S.
