Richard Delmonte Hughes, 92, of Chattanooga, passed away peacefully from this life on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, and went to be with our Lord. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Glenn Mosley and Rev.
