Roulos Davis

Roulos Cedric Davis, 49, passed away Monday, Aug. 25, 2012 at a local hospital.He was employed at with the city of Chattanooga as a captain in the Fire Department and he also worked at Loomis. Roulos served his country in the U.S. Army.He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd L. Davis Sr.; paternal grandparents, Bishop Davis and Ruby Davis; maternal grandparents, Percy Evans and Mary Evans; and niece, Mika Davis.Survivors include his wife, Dailphia L. Davis; son, Rashad C. Davis; daughters, Rolisha C. Davis and Delisha C. Davis; mother, Cordia M. Davis; brothers, Floyd L. (Aretha) Davis Jr., Michael L. (Yavonk) of Chattanooga, Terrell (Tonda) Williams, of Oklahoma; Orlando (Natasha) Williams, Colorado Springs, Colo., Gary Williams, Benton Harbor, Mich.; sisters, Karen V. Davis, Mary (Jackie) Woods, Chattanooga, Patience J. Davis, Nashville, Lisa (Sean) Williams, Benton Harbor, Mich., Ann Livingston, Benton Harbor, Mich.; mother-in-law, Euradell Heathington; father-in-law, David Kennebrew; stepmother, Alberta Davis; aunts, Hattie Riley, Chattanooga, Lorene (Lawrence) Rollins, Chicago, Ill.; uncle, Melvin (Eunice) Davis, Jackson, Miss.; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins.Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23, at New Covenant Fellowship Church with Pastor Steve Caudle officiating.Interment in National Cemetery with full military honors.The body will lie in state from noon until 5 p.m. today at the funeral home and the family will receive friends from 68 p.m. today at Greater Second Missionary Baptist Church.Arrangements by John P.
