Shelia Poindexter

FORT OGLETHORPE Shelia Kay Poindexter, 58, died on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012.She was the daughter of the late Freddie E. Campbell and Sarah Ramsey Campbell. Shelia never met a stranger and was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and aunt.Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Bill Poindexter; children, Christy (Kevin) Wallin, Fort Oglethorpe, William (Mindy) Poindexter, Chickamauga, Ga., and Nick (Ashley) Poindexter, Ringgold, Ga.; five grandchildren, Justin Wallin, Haley Wallin, Jake Poindexter, Jaxon Poindexter and Eli Poindexter; brother, Freddie Lamar Campbell, East Ridge; sisters, Patsy (Preston) Terry, Ringgold, Ga., Glenda Collins, Flintstone, Ga., and Fredda (Kenneth) Guest, Rossville; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev.
