Kenneth Lloyd Mann, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away recently in Washington, D.C.Preceding him in death were his parents, Joseph and Lillie; brother, Joseph.He is survived by a brother, Harold; nieces Kemberly and Carmen; nephew, Stephen and a host of relatives and friends.A memorial service will be held at Marshall-March Funeral Home, 4217 9th St., NW, Washington, DC 20011 at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb.17 2012.Announcement by John P.
