WHITWELLSue (nee Webb) Cookston, 70, of Hammond, Ind., passed away Friday, Feb. 10, 2012.She is survived by three children, Michael (Cindy) Cookston, of Lansing, Ill., Connie (Bruce) Davis-Brumley, of Schereville, Ind., and Janet (Jon) Colgrove of Hammond; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; special aunt, Jane Cox, of Cedar Lake, Ind.; and numerous cousins.Mrs. Cookston was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Regina Webb.Sue was a longtime resident of Hessville and was employed at the Jewel Store. She also worked as a marketing manager for Martin Oil in the Chicago area. Sue enjoying listening to Elvis music and spending time with her grandchildren.Funeral services were held 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13, 2012, at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road, Highland, Ind.Graveside services will be 11 a.m. CST Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at Whitwell Memorial Cemetery.Arrangements by Reed Funeral Home, 11675 Highway 28, Whitwell, TN 37397.
