FORT OGLETHORPE Cheryl Denise Pace, 54, passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2012 at her home.She worked at Soddy-Daisy Healthcare and she spent her spare time collecting dolls and watching horror movies. She was of the Protestant faith.She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald (Jerry) Edgar Pace; son, Butch Pace; and parents, Joe and Doris Pilgrim.Survivors include two sons, Mitchell (Rebecca) Pace, of Fort Drum, N.Y., Robert (Tammy) Pace, of Chattanooga; and one daughter, Annette (Fred) Long, of Soddy-Daisy; brother, Ray Pilgrim, of Trenton; sisters, Janice (David) Hernke, of Wisconsin and Teresa (Greg) Mahan, of Louisiana; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.com.Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday in the South Crest Chapel.Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until service time at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory, Rossville.
