RINGGOLD Kenneth Leon Thomison, 77, went home to be with his Savior Jesus Christ, Monday, July 16, 2012, surrounded by his loving family.He was a native and lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas. Mr. Thomison was a member of Ridgeview Church. He was retired from Chattanooga Glass Co. after 26 years of service and 10 years with Catoosa County. Mr. Thomison was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict.Survivors are his wife of 23 years, Anne Ridenour Thomison; son, Randy (Debra) Thomison, Chattanooga; daughter, Lynette Tucker, Chattanooga; brother, Jesse (Bernyce) Thomison, Trenton, Ga.; grandchildren, Michael (Tracy) Tucker, Chattanooga, Kristy (Jason) Detty, Rock Spring, Ga., Jeff (Lindsay) Thomison, Rossville, Jennifer (Robert) Hamilton, Chickamauga, Julie (Chad) Mix, Chattanooga, and Brandi Thomison, Chattanooga; seven great-grandchildren and his little loving companion Brody.Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Joseph Reed officiating.Interment in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
