Larry Sparks

Larry Steven Sparks, 66, lifelong resident of Red Bank, died Saturday, July 14, 2012. He was a graduate of Red Bank High School, was a three-time Golden Glove Champion and coached boxing in Chattanooga. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was a member of Bartlebaugh Baptist Church.Survivors include his special friend, Gloria Sparks McCarty; adopted mother, Elsie Swafford; sisters, Sandra Towns and Brenda Roberts; and brother, Randy Sparks.Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace with the Rev.
