Gladys Lorene Lee, 84, of Harrison went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 22, 2012, from her earthly home. She was a member of Denny Hill Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, Perry and Maggie Ramsey; husband, Dewey Lee; son, James Lee.She is survived by her daughters, Barbara (Henry) Hood, and Wanda Prestwood; sons, Wallace (Carolyn) Lee, Charles (Ellen) Lee; brothers, Hubert Ramsey and Eddie Ramsey; stepsister, Carol Graham; seven grandchildren, Janet Eaton, Ronald Hood, Donnie Prestwood, Christy Blackwood, Billy Lee, Rodney Lee and Chucky Lee; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 25, 2012, in the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with the Rev. James Dotson and the Rev. Ronnie Dotson officiating.Interment will follow in the Old McDonald Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. today, all day Saturday and up to the hour of service on Sunday at the funeral home.Arrangements are by Turner Funeral Home Inc., Highway 58 Chapel, 622-3171.
