IDER Columbus Walker "C. W." Floyd, 84, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2012 at his residence.Mr. Floyd was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeff Davis and Elexica Mexus Cordea Floyd; wife, Janice Morrison Floyd; son, Roger Floyd; grandson, Jeremiah Wells; sister, Lucy Hampton; brothers, Grover Floyd and Woodrow Floyd . Survivors include, daughters, Brenda Wells, Kay Simmons (James); sons, Hugh Floyd (Rita), Stanley Floyd; sisters, Agnes Hamilton, Mattie Reynolds, Charlsie Beebrwein; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.Funeral services are today at Noon at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel, with Bro.
