Jr.Joseph Kelly Jr., 75, of Ooltewah, peacefully passed on Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, at his residence.A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. today, Nov. 6, at the funeral home.Interment will be held at a later date at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Cape Cod with full military honors.
