Anna Arnold

Anna Lee Arnold, 82, of Hixson, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012. Mrs. Arnold was of the Baptist Faith and was born on July 20, 1930 in Soddy, Tenn.. to the late Lorena and Johnny Davis. Mrs. Arnold grew up in Soddy and was a long time resident to the Hixson area. She was a very loving mother and grandmother. She was known for her sweet smile, kind spirit and witty personality, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Maxie Arnold; son, Randy Arnold; brothers, Johnny Davis, Buddy Davis; sister, Mary Davis.She is survived by her loving daughter, Tammy Kaplan; son, Johnny Arnold; sister, Tressie Sneed; grandson, Gary Arnold; six other grandchildren; one great-grandchild.Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. ODell Broadway officiating.Interment will follow the service at Hamilton County Memorial Park.
