Wayne Stanley Sims, 80, of Soddy-Daisy passed away on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, in an area hospital.Mr. Sims was a veteran of the United States Army.He was preceded in death by his wife, Marlene Sims; son, Anthony Sims; brother, Ray Sims; sister, Evelyn Youngblood.Survivors include his son, Clifford Sims, of Soddy-Daisy; brother, Noel Sims, of Ooltewah.Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday in the funeral home chapel.
