Jack E. Hayes, 75, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012. Survivors include Jean Goodner Hayes, his wife of 56 years; daughter, Pam West; grandchildren, Jennifer West and Alisha Kennedy; brother, Jerry (Linda) Hayes; sister, Wanda (Dan) Phillips; sisters-in-law, Charlotte Clark, Charlotte Youngblood and Lodusky Adams; brother-in-law, Orville (Betty) Goodner; and numerous nieces and nephews.A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. today at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Rev.
