PIKEVILLE Lorene Smith, 94, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2012.She was a member of the College Grove Church of Christ. Church of Christ. Lorene was preceded in death by husband Eugene Smith; parents, J.O. Turner Sr. and Eliza Turner; sisters, Sophia Moore, Cleora Sullivan, Geneva Smith, Mary Tucker and Lucille Hargis; brothers, Howard, Melvin, Brown, and Jib Turner.Survivors include children, Glenna (Greer) Barger; Willie Ray (Carolyn) Smith; Jerry (Nanette) Smith; Mikey Joe (Linda) Smith, all of Pikeville; grandchildren Jason (Becky) Barger; Dale (Lydia) Barger; Nick (Crystal) Smith; Nathan (Sarah) Smith; Courtney (Johnny) Anderson; and Brent Smith; great-grandchildren Jill, Jake, John Rufus Anderson; Ayden Smith; Kenzie Barger; sister Leona Roberts; several nieces and nephews.
