ROSALIE Cecil "Doc" Day, 75, passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at his residence.Cecil Day worked as a machinist at Cobble, Spencer, Wright Industry.Survivors, wife, Gaynell Tinker Day, of Rosalie; daughter, Connie West, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; son, Billy Ray Day, of Rosalie; sisters, Pat Rogers, of Rock Spring, Ga., Lottie Brock, of Rossville.Preceded in death by parents, Curtis F. and Della Bailey Day; sister, Edna Richardson; brothers, Bobby and Lebron Day.Graveside service will be 2 p.m. today, Nov. 15, 2012, at New Hope Cemetery.Family will receive friends 10 a.m. -1 p.m.Arrangements made by W.T.
