Jack Haddock

Jack D. Haddock, 62, of Clarksville, Tenn., died suddenly Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.A former, long-term resident of Chattanooga, graduating from Central High School, Mr. Haddock was also a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in industrial engineering and was employed by Bridgestone Metalpha in Clarksville.He was preceded in death by his father David Haddock Sr., of Chattanooga.He is survived by his mother, Mary Haddock, of Chattanooga; his loving wife of 38 years, Phyllis Haddock; daughter, Alicia Dawn Siders; one grandson, Jess Siders, all of Clarksville; two brothers David Haddock Jr., of Brentwood, Tenn., and Michael Haddock, of Harrison; one niece, four nephews, three grandnieces and two grandnephews.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, 2012 at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South, Rossville, with the Rev. Larry Dial officiating.The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 15, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday, November 16 from 12:30 to 1:30 at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 S.
