ROSSVILLE Charles Newby, 64, died at his home on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012.He was preceded in death by his parents, Reuben and Thelma Higgins Newby.He is survived by wife, Sharon Moore Newby, of Rossville; and sons, Austin and Charles "Chad" Newby, of Chattanooga; brothers, Kenneth (Bobbie) Friar, Harold (Sue) Newby; sisters, Mary Lois Tzarsas and Ruby Daughtery. Charles was self-employed at the time of his death, but has spent years in automobile sales previously.Visitation will be held at Wann Funeral Home from 6 to 8 pm. today, Nov. 20, with services at the Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21.Burial will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
