Annie Jones

Annie Beatrice Jones, 61, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, in Chattanooga.She graduated from Burt High School in Clarksville, Tenn., and attended Austin Peay State University. She retired from Plaza Surgery Center at Erlanger Hospital. She was a member of Greater Second Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Trotter Sr. and Sallie Trotter; brother, Theopolis "Bubba" Trotter; and sister, Shirley Gilmer.Survivors include her spouse, Autry L. Jones, of Chattanooga; three daughters, Catrina "Ababy" (Jonathan) Brown, Patrina "Bbaby" (Carlos) Harrison and Fatrina "CeeCee" (Frederick) Ransom; five grandchildren, Autry Harrison, Alayna Harrison, Aerial Brown, Joshua Brown and Caylin Brown, all of Chattanooga; two brothers, Bobby Trotter, Clarksville, Tenn., and Thomas Rossevelt Trotter Jr., of Daytona, Fla.; two sisters, Carolyn Hillman and Patricia Collier, Clarksville, Tenn.; godchild, Montazia Carter; a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at Greater Second Baptist Church with Pastor Steve Caudle officiating.Interment in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.The body will lie in state after noon today and the family will receive friends from 67 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
