Mildred GudgerRINGGOLD Mildred Plemmons Gudger. 82, a much loved grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully at her home in Ringgold, on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012.A lifelong resident of Ellijay, Ga., she spent her last years living in Ringgold near her immediate family.Mrs. Gudger leaves behind loving friends and a large extended family. She is directly survived by two grandchildren, Roxanne Clark and Daniel Henson, their spouses John Wood and Brooke Henson; four great-grandchildren, Natalie Clark 13, Miles Clark 7, Cadence Henson 11, and Eden Henson 2, as well as her son-in-law Danny Henson and his wife, Kathy Henson, all residents of Ringgold, Ga.Funeral services will be held at Logan Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012.Mrs. Gudger will be laid to rest beside her husband, Howard Gudger, at Mountaintown Baptist Church Cemetery.Flowers are acceptable or donations may be made to the Ellijay Church of Christ at 351 North Main St., Ellijay, GA 30540.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.loganfuneralhome.com.Friends and family are welcome for visitation at Logan Funeral Home and Chapel, Ellijay, Ga., from 2-8 p.m. today, Oct. 6, fand Sunday morning until the funeral time.
