Jackie Moody, 68, of Chattanooga, died Sunday, April 21, 2013. He was a member of Highway 28 Church of God.Jackie was a former tax assessor and county executive for Bledsoe County.Jackie was preceded in death by parents Beecher and Edith Moody; brother Charles Moody.Survivors include wife of forty-five years Linda Moody, Georgia; daughter, Penny Clarke, Chattanooga; son Brian (Becky) Moody, McMinnville; four grandchildren; sisters Betty Jo Loyd and Katherine Moody, Chattanooga; Joyce Jackson, MI; brothers Beecher (Lillie) Moody, Indiana; Sam (Sherry) Moody, Chattanooga; Bud Moody, Pikeville; several nieces and nephews.Service will be Tuesday, April 23, at 1 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Bro.
