Candy Medula

Candy Elaine Medula, 45, of Hixson, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2013.She graduated from Sequoyah High School Class of 1986. Candy was preceded in death by her grandmother, Odiabell Hunter; and her sister, Darlene Pettyjohn.Survivors include her sons, Chris Alan Medula and Kyle Lynn Housley; parents, Miroslav Glen Medula and Barbara Ann Medula; brothers, Mark Medula, Steve Smartt, Rickey Smartt and Roger Smartt; grandchildren, Laney Medula Hickman and Landyn Ray Medula Hickman; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2013, in the funeral home chapel.Burial will follow at Hamilton County Memorial Park.Visitation is from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.Condolences and memories may be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com.Arrangements are by Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, 8852 Dayton Pike Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
