SEQUATCHIE Patricia Elaine Garner, 71, passed away, Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013.She was the daughter of the late Albert and Eleanor Lee Warner; and siblings, John Warner and Esther Marie Henley.She is survived by her husband, Robert H.
