Nettie Thompson

Nettie M. Thompson, 95, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013, at her residence.She was the daughter of the late Bunk and Vina Mays and was preceded in death by her sons, Richard Eugene Thompson and Walter S. Thompson.Nettie was a charter member of Lookout Valley Presbyterian Church. "While she will be deeply missed, her suffering has ended and eternity is promised."Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Linda Sue Cook and Jack Cook, of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Bradley Humble and Brandon Lamont Humble; and great-grandchildren, Devin Gage Humble and Gabrielle Analise Humble.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today, Aug. 24, 2013, at the funeral home with Rev. Grady Davidson officiating.Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, West in Lookout Valley.The family would like to thank Linda G. Williams, Glenda S.
