James FloydJames Ronald "Jim" Floyd, 69, passed to his rest on Tuesday July 30, 2013, at Valley View Assisted Living Center in Whitwell, TN.James was born to Marion and James Floyd of Watertown, Tenn., on July 6, 1944. He spent much of his life involved in various medical missionary ministries, including managing Foods for Life Vegetarian Restaurant and Health Food Store (later named Country Life) in Chattanooga, TN.He is survived by 5 children: John Floyd, Bradley Floyd, April Pakula, Amy Mills, and Tim Floyd.
