Larry Melton Farmer, 61, of Soddy-Daisy, went to his heavenly home Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013.He was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and was preceded in death by his father, Melton Farmer.Larry was a special child who became a loving, precious little man who never met a stranger. He was a member of Sequoyah Church of God and attended Orange Grove School.Survivors are his mother, Virginia Farmer; sister, Deborah (Frank) Kelley; brother, Tim (Julie) Farmer; two nieces and two nephews.Funeral services are 1 p.m. today at Lane Funeral Home with the Rev.
