Bernice Parker, 77, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, in a local hospital.The body will lie-in-state today at 11 a.m. at Orchard Knob Missionary Baptist Church with the funeral to follow at noon with Pastor Carlos Williams as the eulogist.Burial: Chattanooga National Cemetery.Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home of Chattanooga Inc.
