David Morris Tenenbaum, 61, passed away Sunday, Aug. 25, in Galveston, Texas.A long-time resident of Chattanooga, he lived most recently in Gulfport, Miss., with his wife, Myra; and youngest son, Daven.He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Evelyn Huey Tenenbaum; he is survived by his wife, Myrna Moreno Tenenbaum, of Gulfport; sister, Marcia Tenenbaum, of Ooltewah; brothers, Brian (Shanda), of Hixson and Phillip (Risa), of White City; daughters, Stacie Chance, of Oregon and January Prokes, of Chipley, Fla.; sons David Shiloh (Sharissa) Tenenbaum of Ooltewah and Daven Tenenbaum, of Gulfport; and six grandchildren.A memorial service will be held today at 7 p.m. at the Oasis House of Prayer, 555 Cowan Road, Gulfport.A local memorial service will be held at a later date; for information, check Facebook page, Brainerd Rebels.
