Frank White Smith, 85, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, in a local healthcare facility. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday Sept. 3, at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace with Clay Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
