Jordan Hobgood

Mr. Jordan Walker Hobgood, 14, passed away on Friday, Nov. 29, 2013 at Scottish Rites Children's Hospital in Atlanta, Ga. Jordan loved to play WWE Video Games and he enjoyed Miracle League Baseball. Jordan was preceded in death by his grandfather Causby Hobgood; grandmother Nellie Hobgood Cantrell; cousin Barry Hobgood; great grandparents Paul and Gladys Massey; cousins Kelvin Higdon, and Crystal Taylor; several uncles and aunts. Survivors include his parents, Daniel and Rhonda Hobgood, of Chatsworth, Ga.; grandmother, Margaret Massey Weeks; grandfather Allen Weeks Sr. and Wanda Weeks; several aunts; uncles; and cousins also survive. Funeral services for Mr. Hobgood will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3, at Tilton Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Henson Officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends today from 2-9 p.m. and on Monday until 9 p.m. Peeples Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Jordan Walker Hobgood.
