Gregory Hines

Gregory "Dick" Hines, 61, passed away Sunday, Nov. 29, 2013, in the VA Hospital in Nashville. He was a veteran of the United State Navy and a graduate of Riverside High School in the Class of 1970. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Louis "L.D." Hines; grandparents, Reuben and Marie Barnes, F.D. and Frances Hines; uncle, Clifford Hines; aunt, Marie Horton. Service will be held noon Friday, Dec. 6, 2013, at Prospect Baptist Church with the Rev. J.P. Trimble officiating; Interment: National Cemetery. The body will lie in state Thursday after noon at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
