Troy Hutton

Troy Douglas Hutton, 83, passed away Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013 at a local hospital. Mr. Hutton was a native of Hale Town, Tenn., and had lived most of his life in the Chattanooga and North Georgia area. He graduated from Hixson High School, retired from ICI, Inc. as a Refrigeration Mechanic with 27 years of service, and served in the United States Army during the Korean War. His passions in life were fishing and gardening. He was preceded in death by his son, Tony D. Hutton; parents, Loyd C. Hutton, Sr. and Emily Howard Hutton; and brother, Conley W. Hutton. Survivors include his wife Gladys R. Hutton, of Rossville, Ga.; son, Mark S. (Carolyn) Hutton, of Canton, Ga.; brothers, Creed Hutton, of Rossville, Ga., and Terry (Mary) Hutton, of Trenton, Ga.; sister, Gloria D. Schouggins, of Decatur, Tenn.; four grandchildren, Nichole, Zachary, Julia, and Victoria Hutton; two great grandchildren, Madison and Emma Matthews; and many nieces and nephews.
