Barbara Cupp

Barbara A. McNish Riddle Cupp, 77, passed away Monday, Dec. 16, 2013, at a local health care facility. She was a lifelong resident of Chickamauga and was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church having served as church treasurer. Her passions in life were God, family and her church family. She was preceded in death by husband, Edwin L. Riddle; and daughter, LaRhonda Pemberton. Survivors include her husband, Cecil B. Cupp; children, Randall (Micha'el) Riddle, of Chickamauga and Robin Riddle, of Rossville; four brothers and sisters, Christine Gattis, of Fort Oglethorpe, David McNish, of Chickamauga, Jeanette Tiffin, of Rossville, and Debbie Crisp, of Rossville; four grandchildren, Donavan Pemberton, Valary Blevins, Joshua Riddle and Jordon Riddle; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.com. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Pastors Chris Ray and Bruce Beach officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. today and from noon Wednesday until the funeral hour at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
