Leonard Cole

Leonard Frederick Cole, 77, of Ooltewah, died on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2013, at his home. He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was known as "Cruiser Cole", for the more than 60 cruise ship vacations he took during the last 20 years of his life. He is survived by two sons, Fred and William Cole; and two daughters, Elizabeth Cole and Lisa Fagan. He was preceded in death by his former wife, Mary Denton Cole. Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday Chattanooga National Cemetery and will conclude with full military honors.
