Gary Winton

Mr. Gary Lynn Winton, 62, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at the Horizon Health and Rehab Center in Manchester, Tenn. Gary had worked in Orange Groves, for Crom Corporation Construction and landscaping. He was a member of the Church of Christ at Coalmont. He was born in Sewanee, Tenn., on June 29, 1951 and grew up in Merritt Island, Fla. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Jacobs Winton; sister, Rhonda K. Winton Marconi. He is survived by his father, James E. "Jamie" Winton, of Cumberland Heights; daughter, Bonnie F. Winton, son, Dylan Matthew Winton, both of Port Saint John, Fla.; brother, James L. "Jim" Winton, Cumberland Heights; grandson, Jeremiah Winton; granddaughters, Alayna and Taylor Shear, of Port Saint John, Fla. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Ray Winton officiating with burial to follow in Coalmont Cemetery.
