BRYANT Kenneth Townson, 84, passed away Monday, Feb. 4, 2013.He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, member of TAG Motor Club, and helped organize the Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Fighters. He was a member of Straightway Baptist Church.He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Virgie Townson; brother, Royce Townson; and sister, Reba Manson.Survivors include his loving wife of 64 years, Martila Townson; daughter, Sheila Blevins; and adopted daughter, Vicky (Jerry) Townson; sisters, Elva Townson, Lottie Douglas, Mark Kennemore, Judy Knight, all of Bryant, Ala., Betty Cloud, Higdon, Ala.; brothers, Freeman Townson, Jimmie Townson, Jerry Townson, all of Bryant; grandson, Brian (Rosie) Blevins; great-grandchildren, Madelyn Blevins, Ethan Blevins, Madison Hensley.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. EST Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, in the Bryant Chapel with Brother Gary Bone and Rev.
