Linda Johnson

Linda Johnson, 62, passed away on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at her residence.She was born in Chattanooga, on Aug. 14, 1950. She graduated from Tyner High School and later earned a bachelor of science degree from UTC in 1979. Linda was employed at the Chattanooga Times Free Press in the Classified department, specializing in Legal Notices.Linda was a very good hearted person who loved animals and will be missed greatly by her friends and family.Her parents, Frank and Catherine Hartline, as well as her sister, Susan, preceded her in death.Linda is survived by her brother, Rick Hartline, of Cleveland; as well as her niece, Ashley (Brad) Wolfe, and their children, Avery Wolfe and Ian Wolfe, all of Chattanooga. Nephews, Alex Knight and Creed Knight; several aunts, uncles and cousins, including special aunts, Polly Wooten and Patsy Culberson; and special cousin, Dr. Steve Hartline also survive her.Arrangements are by Serenity Funeral Home, Cleveland.There will be no service or visitation.
