Larry CarterRISING FAWN James Larry "PAPAW" Carter, 65 passed away Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013.He was a retired commercial painter in the Chattanooga area. He was of the Holiness faith. He was an avid NASCAR fan and loved spending time with his grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia J. Harmon Carter; parents, Robert and Frances Floyd; sisters, Debbie Hayes and Pam Phillips.Survivors are his daughter, Tish Stephens and son-in-law, Brad Stephens; brothers, Kent Floyd, Kevin Floyd and brother at heart, Mike Combs; grandson, Lebron Stephens and granddaughter-in-law, Whitney; and granddaughter, Letrece Hodge; and grandson- in-law, B.J ; great-grandchildren, Taylin Hodge and Isaiah Hodge.Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. EDT Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother J.L. Black officiating.Interment will be held in Mount Olive Cemetery.Pallbearers will be Brad Stephens, Lebron Stephens, B.J.
