Carroll Rader

Dewey Carroll Rader, 89, Chattanooga died Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, in a local health care center.A longtime resident of Chattanooga, Mr. Rader was retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.He was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.He was preceded in death by his parents, McKindrie and Zella Mae Rader; brothers, Kyle and Colbourne Rader; sister, Pauline Smith.Survivors are his wife, Lucile Clift Rader; sister, Louise (Harold) Hamby, all of Chattanooga; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Gary Carver officiating.Burial will follow at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.Memorial contributions may be made to First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1505 N.
