Sr.CLEVELAND Frank O. Harris Sr., 91, passed away on Sunday morning, Feb. 24, 2013, in a local hospital.A celebration of his life is planned at 1 p.m. today, Feb. 27, 2013, at the First Presbyterian Church located 433 North Ocoee St. in Cleveland, Tenn., with Dr. Joseph R.
