Annie Ruth Russell, 94, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013 in a local health care facility.She was retired from Cobble Moose Hosiery Mill with over 42 years of service and was a member of Temple Baptist Church for over 40 years.She was preceded in death by her husband, George Russell and daughter, Shirley Kidwell.Survivors include her son, Dewey (Judy) Tallent; daughter, Joyce (Sam) Durham; sister, Vera June Day; 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.comFuneral services will be held on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home.
