Rosie Reed

Rosie Nell Reed, 63, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, at her residence. She was a faithful member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Robert Reed III; daughters, Yolanda (Vincent, Sr.) Lee, of Griffin, Ga., and Angela Reed-Thomas, of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Deont Walker, Yashica Walker, Vincent Lee Jr., DAriaus Albert and Kelvin Lee; mother, Gertrude Jackson, of Mobile, Ala.; brothers, Tommy (Diane) Young, of Chattanooga, George Johnson, Joseph Kennedy, Adam (Latangela) Kennedy Sr. and Neil Kennedy, all of Mobile, Ala.; sisters, Minister Patricia (Maurice) Reed, of Chattanooga, Mildred (James) Philon and Lugenia (Buz) Rummel, both of Mobile, Ala.; uncle, Johnny Johnson, of Coy, Ala.; several nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives and friends.The body will lie-in-state after 1 p.m. today at Taylor Funeral Home.Funeral service will be at noon Saturday in the chapel with Ministers Patricia and Maurice Reed as the eulogists.Burial: Chattanooga Memorial Park.
