POWDERSPRINGS, Ga. Virginia McClain, 90, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16 2013 in Marietta, Ga. A native of Chattanooga, she had lived in Georgia most of her adult life. She was a member of the Church of Christ and retired from NABISCO after 38 years of service.She was preceded in death by her parents, William H. Lewis Sr. and Edna Mae Goodson Lewis; a brother, William H. (Dub) Lewis, Jr. and a sister, Bettie Goodlett.Survivors include daughters, Sasa Bond-Williams (John L. Williams), of Marietta, Ga., and Denise Smith (Chris Smith), of Smyrna, Ga.; a sister, Louise Twyman, of Lake Wales, Fla., and many nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from 2 to 6 p.m. today at the North Chapel.
