William Jackson

Sr.William F. (Bill) Jackson, 89, of East Brainerd went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013.Bill retired from Florida Power and Light and was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church in Dayton Beach, Florida.He was a veteran of the US Army-Air Force.Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyal and Loma Jackson; brother, Hoyal Jr.; sister, Virginia Stephens and his son, William F. Jackson, Jr.He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Kathryn Jackson; daughter, Sandra (Ron) Harvley; grandchildren, Paul Harvley and Kimberly (Dan) Friebis; great-granddaughter, Kyrstin Friebis all of Daytona Beach, Fla.; three sisters, Gladys Sameulson, Mary Young and Joyce Morton, all of Chattanooga; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 27, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Harold McClure officiating.
