Peggie McClain

Peggie Marie McClain, 78, of Chattanooga, died Sunday, July 7, 2013.She was born May 21, 1935 to the late Claude Dodson and Myrtle Green Dodson. Peggie was a longtime member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and was currently a member of Westside Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Harold McClain; brother, Roy Dodson; and a sister, Juanita Kraemer.Survivors include three children, Rick (Susie) McClain, Susan (Ken) Ebitz and Laura (Bill) Wilson; brothers, Ed Dodson, Paul Dodson, Richard Dodson and David Dodson; sister, Mary Hartline; grandchildren, Krista (Derick) Hughes, Jeremy (Beth Smith) McClain, Jennifer Ebitz and Erica Ebitz; great-grandchildren, Hunter Hughes, Haven Hughes, and expected in November, Doc McClain.Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Moore and the Rev.
